May 28th 2009

My baby is all grown up. Today is Joe's 16th Birthday. Even though I did not give birth, by chance I was able to be there during his birth. The cool thing is my brother got him first, (he has passed) and I got him second. So after his death it only made since to me that I would be second in line to raise him.

Happy 16th Birthday Joe. He is spending time with Grandma Reiter my mom. Tomorrow we are having a friend party so I will post pictures once we take them.

Let them be little for awhile.
They grow up so darn fast.

Joe, we love you so much. You will be a big brother for the very first time this year. I am sure your daddy Robert is looking down from heaven watching you today and is proud of the little man you have come to be. We are so blessed to have you in our life and even more blessed that we get to be your mom's.
We love more than you will ever know.

New arrival

Today Fed ex delivered the mattress and dresser with changing table on top. It is all in expresso. No-where to put it yet but we are trying hard and working on clearing the room that everything goes that does not have a spot.

On another note, I am on CD2 (cycle day two). We ordered the swimmers aka sperm, just don't like that term as much yesterday. It will be arriving on the 5th for insemination's to be done between the next two weeks. That is depending on my body. I O from CD12 up to CD16. 4 vials this month with a boost of clomid (fertility drug) related to me never getting pregnant on previous attempts. I will be trying in June and then taking July off related to a vacation planned over my suspected ovulation dates. Two vials and no meds worked for Cydni so let's all hope and pray that 4 vials and meds will work for me. I start taking the clomid tomorrow night.

And....another note. My Arizona state boards aka NCLEX is scheduled for me to find out if I am really ready to be an official RN. Jobs are not good so I have put pride aside and decided I will work wherever that provides me with insurance. I will be picky once I have that one year experience under my belt. What a year to graduate. Normally you walk into a hospital with an RN license and they beg you to work. It is an experience that I am sure I will learn from.

11 week belly pics

Not sure there is much of a change from week 10. For a moment I thought the ultra sounds missed a second baby. Nope, we have on healthy baby growing in mama Cyndi's Belly. One day she will let us include her face. But for now I am happy she allows me belly pics.

We love you baby. Continue to be strong and grow. We are so excited!!! 28 weeks 3 days left. Yeah we can't wait.
I love you mama Cyndi and baby. Thinking you are a girl this week. Time will tell. That is the hardest part of all of it. I want to buy sex appropriate. Our baby will be in neutrals. That is okay they grow so fast that within a couple months the baby will either be in a lacy dress, or a strong manly outfit.
We just love our baby no matter what.

Our Graduate

Jake has never liked pictures and saying it is a chore would be an understatement!!!!!! We love him just as much as ever and we are very proud of him!!!!!

We bought our crib and changing table/dresser

We ord a Da Vinivi Richmond convertible crib in espresso today with the dresser that has the changing table on top. We love it and are expecting it on June 9th.
******THANK YOU GERRY AND RHONDA********* Hope I spelled those correct.
We also decided on a theme. OCEAN. Nothing colorful more of neutrals blue's, tan's and White's. I want it to look more elegant than playful. I figure I will have to make up the playful part with toys. I hope it brings a calmness to our home and the baby.
I still need to post pictures. I am up late again and have a class early in the morning for practice on state boards.
Sorry so short again.
Baby Give us a sign of what you want your name to be if you are a girl. If baby you are a boy, you can just chill we have you all figured out.
Baby we love you more today than ever. Only 28weeks and 5 days remaining. WOO HOO!
